1.1. The sales contract between the buyer and the seller shall be considered valid when the buyer confirms the configured shopping cart providing the address for delivery of the goods, selects the most appropriate payment method and familiarizes himself with the internal rules of the online store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2.1. The Buyer shall have the right to purchase goods in this online store in accordance with the specified rules and the internal conditions of the online store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2.2. The Buyer shall have the right to terminate the sales agreement with the "Teddyway" electronic store. If a Buyer is willing to terminate this agreement, he\/she must notify the Seller in writing (via e-mail), indicating the reason for the return of the goods and the order number no later than 7 days after delivery of the goods. The sales agreement may not be terminated in certain cases specified in the legislation of the European Union and the Republic of Lithuania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3.1. The buyer is obliged to pay the full price for the selected goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3.2. When the goods have been delivered and the buyer refuses to accept the delivered goods without giving any reasonable explanation or if the address provided by the buyer is not correct, the buyer is obliged to cover the postage costs determined by the weight of the package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3.3. The buyer using the "Teddyway" electronic store services shall accept and be obliged to comply with these rules and the provisions of the sales contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3.4. In order to pay for the purchased item, the buyer must provide the item's order number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4.1. In special circumstances, the Seller has the right to temporarily or completely terminate the activity of the online store without prior notice to the Buyers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4.2. The Seller has the right to unilaterally change these terms and conditions without prior notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4.3. If the buyer chooses to pay for the goods in advance and does not make any payment within 7 days, the seller may refuse to fulfill the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4.4. The Seller has the right to cancel an order at any time and for any reason provided that the Seller refunds the Buyer the full amount paid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
5.1. The seller must ensure proper conditions for the use of the electronic store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
5.2. The seller is obliged to deliver the ordered goods to the address and according to the delivery method specified by the buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
5.3. In certain circumstances when the seller cannot deliver the item chosen by the buyer, he\/she shall offer another item, but if the buyer refuses to accept the offered item, the seller is obliged to return the money to the bank account indicated by the buyer within 7 business days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
6.1. The seller or the person authorized by the seller shall be held responsible for the delivery of goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
6.2. The buyer must check the condition of the goods together with the seller or with someone authorized by the seller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
6.3. In case of damage to the package, the buyer may refuse to accept the package as stated in the delivery document.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7.1. The process of returning a product is governed by Order No. 217 of 29 June 2001 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania \u00abOn Approval of the Rules for Return and Replacement of Goods\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
7.2. The goods returned by the buyer to the seller must be in the original packaging and undamaged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
7.3. Goods must be returned to the address specified by the seller. If the goods are unfit for use due to poor quality, return postage must be paid by the seller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
7.4. If the item is returned due to poor quality, the seller is obliged to replace this item with the new item of good quality. If the seller does not have the necessary item in stock, the buyer shall receive a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
8.1. The buyer shall be held responsible for his actions performed while shopping in the store "Teddyway".<\/p>\n\n\n\n
8.2. The Buyer shall not be held responsible for the information placed by other websites, even if the online store "Teddyway" provides references to such websites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
8.3. In the event of damage, the responsible party shall pay compensation to the injured party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
9.1. All questions and messages should be sent to the e-mail address provided in the electronic store or by calling the telephone number provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
9.2. The Seller shall send the Buyer all information to the email address provided during the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
10.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Lithuania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
10.2. The appearance, size and color of all products may differ slightly from the images shown in the online store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
10.3. Disputes regarding the implementation of these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through negotiations. In case of unsuccessful negotiations, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the EU legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
